Risk management
What is risk management?
Risk management is the function that aims to define, assess and prioritise the risks associated with an organisation's activities, whatever their type or source. These risks are then dealt with systematically, in a coordinated and cost-effective way, in order to reduce and monitor the likelihood of undesirable events and their potential impact.
What support does ACI offer?
The number of local and regional businesses is growing and their activities are expanding (increased sales, greater human resources, increased competition).
- One of the key assets of a thriving business is its ability to avoid, or even recover from, any unforeseen event affecting its activity.
- To achieve this, an internal policy for managing the various risks facing the company must be put in place and steered in line with the development of the business.
- Our firm assists companies wishing to establish such a policy, on an ad hoc or ongoing basis, through :
- 1. Identifying risks
- 2. Risk assessment
- 3. Risk treatment
- 4. Risk monitoring and reporting
